Experience a ride in our indoor class which simulates the varied terrain of an outdoor ride including flats, hills, and sprints to improve your cardiovascular endurance.
A high intensity interval training that follows a specific format, 20 seconds of a high intensity exercise (e.g., sprints), 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Woo!
Each session will combine breath-synchronized movements and static poses that focus on alignment. This class focuses on improving flexibility and building strength while developing a strong body-mind-spirit connection by emphasizing the flow of breath. All levels welcome!
30-min HIIT session with our master trainers. Participants will be led through functional, strength, and cardio exercises using a variety of equipment out on the fitness floor.
Full body resistance workout will tone, strengthen and increase lean muscle everywhere.
